Norwegian ship manager and service provider OSM Maritime has signed an agreement to acquire New Zealand oil and gas and offshore marine services company Kingston Offshore Services for an undisclosed sum.
The addition of the New Plymouth-based company with operations near New Zealand’s oil and gas hub, Port Taranaki, is expected to further strengthen OSM’s current operations and services in Oceania and make the company a natural and preferred partner. for international companies operating in the region. .
