This activity is carried out by our subsidiary JNE Marine Ltd and managed by my partner Nikos Theodorou.
We mainly deal in the trade of new main engine components from reliable/proven manufacturer-stockers, turbocharger spare parts, anchor chains/anchors,
lifeboats/life rafts and equipment built under Chinese license.
Additionally, we are exclusive agents for a number of quality marine equipment manufacturers,
such as Mitsubishi MKK purifiers, Cygnus ultrasonic gauges, Strainstall strain gauges and others.
New construction and contractingWe have grown our Newbuilding business aggressively over the past 3 years, primarily in China where we have an ongoing association with a well
established brokerage – Pentalink – which helps secure off-market opportunities as well as do due diligence with new builds and negotiate contracts.
We have recently been involved in the procurement of 80,000 DWT bulk carriers, 32,500 DWT practical bulk carriers and 22,000 DWT IMO II chemical tankers for Greek owners.
We are also active in the Russian and Turkish new construction markets, where we still see opportunities.
Tank cleaningWe are exclusive agents of Haitong Ltd, the largest tank demolition and tank cleaning workshop in China.
We have completed many tank cleaning projects, as well as VLCCs, with an emphasis on competitive rates, but most importantly, meticulous work and a short period due to a large workforce engaged in this activity.
We have recently put in place similar agreements with workshops in the North and South to offer our customers a wider range of installations, but we are still focusing on Haitong (Zhoushan region) for larger jobs.
Ballast water managementWe are the exclusive agents of CSIC SunRui BalClor® Ballast Water Management System
SunRui Marine Environment Engineering Co., Ltd is a subsidiary of China Shipbuilding Industry Company Limited (CSIC). SunRui has successfully developed BalClor® BWMS (Ballast Water Management System), which conforms to IMO D-2 standards and received type approval certificates by DNV-GL, CCS, LR, NK, BV, ABS, RINA , Liberian Flag Administration and Greek Flag Administration.
Additionally, on June 7, 2017, the final USCG type approval certificate was acquired.

We are exclusive agents of FORGITOS Supply – China.
FORGITOS Supply is approved by the Chinese government in 1993, specializing in maritime supply and port services activities. Following a “honest, thoughtful, reasonable, high-quality” service policy, based on the good geographical advantage of the Yangtze Delta, relying on the excellent management team, the company would provide one-station shipping service for foreign ships. The company integrates sea sourcing, import and export trade, spare parts sourcing and other services. It has 4 storage warehouses and three classified food freezers on approximately 7,000 m². Owning several branch like Zhoushan, Taizhou, Nanjing, Yangzhou, Shanghai, Nantong etc. around the Yangtze River, as well as a perfect distribution system of ship storage and supply logistics.

Shenzhen Marinesat Network Technology Co., Ltd., known as MARINESAT, was founded in December 2014 and registered in Shenzhen, Guangdong province with registered capital of RMB 60 million. The company was headquartered in Shenzhen, China, with several subsidiary operating centers in Xi’an and Hangzhou separately. In June 2018, the company’s headquarters strategically moved to Hangzhou and settled in the parent company.
